Brad has acquired over 18 years of experience in the demolition and waste recycling industry. He has hands-on experience in operating heavy equipment, managing operations, and coordinating personnel and fleet. Brad strives to complete all tasks with efficiency and dedication, while maintaining a climate of trust and respect with clients and the Demex Group team.
With 10 years of experience Lauren has a proven track record of successfully planning, organizing and managing projects from inception to completion. She values efficient communication and organization, key to delivering project objectives on time, within budget, and with utmost care for safety.
Rudy is the lead estimator for Demex Group. He received his Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Mohawk College in 2016. After beginning as a labourer and moving on to equipment operator, Rudy was driven to make use of his post secondary education and moved into project coordinator role before becoming an estimator, developing safe, yet cost-effective procedures. Rudy’s field experience has proven to be an invaluable asset, giving him a thorough understanding of the demolition process from start to finish. Rudy is experienced in LEED and 3R’s Demolition.
