Hazardous Material Abatement
We work with consultants to complete Designated Substance Surveys as needed, providing guidelines and sampling as needed with short turn around times to quickly resolve any issues or concerns.
We are legally required to remove hazardous materials prior to demolishing any building. Common hazardous materials include asbestos, PCB’s, lead, mould, and mercury. These materials can be found in old vinyl flooring, caulking, tiles, paint, lights, electrical equipment and switches to name a few. A thorough site assessment that takes into account both past and present activities on the property will help identify any potential liabilities in the future.
Our fully trained and certified employees on staff will ensure safe and effective removal of this hazardous material as per Ministry of Environment requirements.
