Site Remediation
A site may require remediation for a variety of reasons. Contaminants that are harmful to plants, animals & humans may have seeped into the soil or groundwater. Often the historical use of the land plays into the need for remediation. For instance, if the site was formerly utilized as a gas station, there is a high probability that some remediation work will need to be done.
If we suspect a site may need environmental remediation, the first step is to hire a consulting firm to obtain soil samples and data. We will review the report with the client and choose the best course of action for the site remediation. The site will be usable for future applications once the remediation is completed.
